Education
Our teaching staff is from a dedicated and committed membership, sharing a biblical faith in relationship to everyday life.
Our programs for children include the Church School (pre-school through 8th grade) and nursery care during services.
For youth and adults, we offer programs to address spiritual, personal and social concerns for individuals, families and the community. We also offer after-sermon talkbacks, bible study, book study group, discussion format sessions, fellowship, Labyrinth walks, preparation for church membership programs and "Wine, Cheese and Theology" events.
Church School Activities
On June 28, 2009 we had four 3rd graders receive their Children's Bible from Reverend Jim Faile during the worship service! They are looking forward to reading and learning from their Bibles.
On June 28th, the church school children held a Picnic of Hope. It was their second fundraiser to help earn money to purchase animals through Heifer International. We've almost reached our goal and can buy all of the animals we'd like in order to help people in poor villages to learn how to earn money and to support themselves.
Last Christmas, our whole church school got into the "act" and we delivered a spectacular traditional Bible story performance for the Family Christmas Eve service at 5:30.
